Bravura Solutions’ Sydney headquarters at 345 George Street was envisioned as more than a workplace – it was designed as a physical expression of the company’s forward-thinking culture and people-first philosophy. Collaborating closely with Studio Mint and Zircon Interiors, the project transformed a 1,200sqm CBD office into a refined, biophilic environment that balances technology, wellbeing, and human connection.
At the heart of the design was a desire to create a workplace that felt warm, welcoming and deeply connected to nature. Natural timber finishes, textured materials, integrated greenery and open collaborative spaces were carefully layered throughout the fitout to soften the corporate environment and encourage interaction. The result is a workspace that feels calm yet energetic – a setting where both staff and clients immediately experience a sense of innovation and hospitality.
A defining feature of the project is the extensive use of SUPAWOOD’s SUPASLAT timber slatted ceiling panels across the reception and kitchen areas. Finished in Tasmanian Oak, the panels introduced rhythm, warmth and acoustic comfort while reinforcing the project’s biophilic design narrative. Integrated lighting between the slats added depth and subtle drama, creating a sophisticated arrival experience that seamlessly blends aesthetics with functionality. SUPAWOOD’s prefabricated approach – including full shop drawings and pre-shaped panels – enabled efficient installation with minimal onsite modification, supporting the precision and quality expected throughout the build.
Ultimately, the Bravura HQ fitout demonstrates how thoughtful workplace design can strengthen culture, enhance wellbeing and reflect a company’s identity. Through the collaboration of Zircon Interiors, Studio Mint, and SUPAWOOD, the project delivers a contemporary environment where technology and nature coexist – creating a workplace that is both highly functional and emotionally engaging.
