ACT Law Society’s office space radiates modern professionalism with SUPASLAT and SUPALINE
ACT Law Society
Address: Level 1, 5 Constitution Avenue, Canberra
Architect: Hames Sharley
Installer: Nordic Building Group
Builder: Hunter Mason
Products: SUPASLAT Timber – Slatted Panels, SUPALINE – Decorative Panels

The architectural vision for the ACT Law Society office space called for timeless and modern detailing. Working with SUPAWOOD, the design team at Hames Sharley selected both SUPASLAT and SUPALINE systems to achieve this. Each product was tailored to meet site-specific requirements, with two SUPAFINISH colours chosen for their visual continuity and performance.

The classic white finish on SUPASLAT provided the space with the rhythmic-style of a slatted profile, while also significantly enhancing acoustic performance in the open-plan and collaborative areas. This product is designed to be installed with minimal time required on-site through a simple fixing system, meaning that it is SUPAWOOD’s most cost and time-efficient choice for office fit-out projects.

On the other hand, SUPALINE, with its sleek timber-look surface and fire-rated properties, delivered warmth and refinement, integrating effortlessly into the space and with the SUPASLAT panels. The acoustic functionality of SUPALINE further support the quiet, focused environment required for the professional legal setting. SUPALINE is known for creating striking contemporary features that supports and enhance an architect’s design vision.

From Nordic Building who was responsible for the installation of our products stunning project commented:

“The project went fantastic. All went well. The service and the help with the shop drawings were awesome”.

The ACT Law Society is a space that reflects the integrity of its occupants and SUPAWOOD is proud to have supported this transformation, delivering materials and expertise that helped shape a modern, minimal and professional workspace.
